LittleJoy Makes is operated by DANADA INC. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “LittleJoy Makes,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DANADA INC, operating the LittleJoy Makes store and website.

LittleJoy Makes operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience. These are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information concerning orders, payments, shipping, returns, warranties, liability, and other legal rights and obligations.

By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are using the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

To browse the store, create an account, make a purchase, or use certain Services, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting, display settings, manufacturing variations, or other technical factors.

Minor differences caused by display settings or normal manufacturing variation do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that may be available when a product is materially different from its description, damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Product descriptions, prices, specifications, availability, and other store content may be corrected or updated when reasonably necessary.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities available to a customer, address, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and submitted for fulfillment.

Some products may not be available for delivery to every destination because of carrier restrictions, product size or weight, fulfillment availability, customs requirements, local regulations, or other practical limitations.

Section 3 – Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in the order. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or submitted for fulfillment.

Subject to applicable law, we may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Incorrect product, pricing, or inventory information;
  • Payment authorization failure;
  • Suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse;
  • Shipping address or destination restrictions;
  • Quantity or resale concerns;
  • Errors affecting the order or Services;
  • Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel all or part of an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We may contact you using the information provided with the order if additional information or verification is required.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been submitted for fulfillment.

Submitting a cancellation request does not confirm that the order has been canceled. Cancellation is complete only after LittleJoy Makes provides written confirmation.

LittleJoy Makes does not charge a separate cancellation fee.

If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order, including any refundable shipping charge, will be refunded to the original payment method.

If an order can no longer be canceled, a return may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Section 4 – Prices, Promotions, Taxes, Customs, and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of material errors as permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-related charges.

Shipping charges and taxes collected by LittleJoy Makes, when applicable, are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-related charges.

Unless checkout specifically states that these charges are included or collected, customers may be responsible for charges assessed by customs authorities, carriers, or other third parties.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be governed by separate terms, including eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiration dates, usage limits, and combination restrictions.

If promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will control for that promotion.

We reserve the right to correct material pricing, discount, product, inventory, or listing errors.

If an order is canceled after payment because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, billing, payment, shipping, and account information.

Section 5 – Shipping, Fulfillment, and Delivery

Shipping destinations, shipping rates, processing times, delivery estimates, restrictions, and related matters are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Standard U.S. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

After processing, eligible Standard U.S. orders generally require 5–8 business days in transit.

Estimated total Standard U.S. delivery time is generally approximately 8–13 business days.

Eligible Standard U.S. orders under $59 are charged $6.90 for standard shipping.

Eligible Standard U.S. orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Extended U.S. Shipping

Separate Extended U.S. shipping rates apply to:

  • Guam;
  • U.S. Virgin Islands;
  • American Samoa.

Extended U.S. shipping rates vary based on destination and order amount and are displayed at checkout.

Extended U.S. destinations generally require an estimated 7–15 business days in transit after processing.

Free Standard U.S. shipping promotions do not apply to Extended U.S. destinations unless specifically stated at checkout.

International Shipping

LittleJoy Makes may offer shipping to select international destinations.

International shipping availability may vary based on destination, product eligibility, fulfillment availability, carrier service, customs requirements, shipping costs, local regulations, and other operational considerations.

Current international shipping availability, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.

We do not guarantee delivery to a country or region unless a valid shipping option is displayed during checkout.

Third-Party Fulfillment

LittleJoy Makes may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, carriers, and shipping providers to process and deliver orders.

Products may ship from locations different from DANADA INC's business or mailing address.

Items within the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Processing and delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Product availability, payment or address verification, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, high order volume, fulfillment partner delays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect these estimates.

If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the stated or otherwise agreed period, we will provide an updated estimate when appropriate.

Where required by applicable law, customers may choose to accept the revised timeframe or cancel the affected unshipped order for a refund.

Shipping Cost Adjustments

Shipping rates displayed at checkout are based on the destination, order value, and information available when the order is placed.

In uncommon cases involving remote destinations, oversized products, unusually heavy orders, or other exceptional fulfillment circumstances, the actual shipping cost may differ materially from the amount originally calculated.

If we determine before fulfillment that an order cannot reasonably be shipped using the shipping amount paid at checkout, we will contact you before fulfillment.

You may choose to approve a revised shipping charge or cancel the affected unshipped order for a refund.

We will not intentionally charge an additional shipping amount without your approval.

Section 6 – Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs, non-returnable items, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

A return must be requested and approved before the item is sent back.

The business or mailing address displayed on our website is not automatically an authorized return address.

Items sent to an unauthorized address or without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Returns from Extended U.S. or international destinations may involve additional shipping, customs, brokerage, or destination-related costs.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

The Services, including the LittleJoy Makes name, branding, website design, text, graphics, displays, images, videos, audio, logos, product organization, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to DANADA INC, its affiliates, service providers, or licensors and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to access and use the Services for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected content;
  • Modify or create derivative works from protected content;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
  • Use LittleJoy Makes branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement;
  • Use content in violation of applicable intellectual property law.

Shopify names, logos, products, and services are trademarks of Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Section 8 – Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

The Services may provide access to features, applications, integrations, or tools operated by third parties.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and operating practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, third-party tools are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

DANADA INC and LittleJoy Makes do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy, security, accuracy, products, services, or practices.

Section 10 – Relationship with Shopify

LittleJoy Makes is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer the Services.

Purchases made through the LittleJoy Makes store are transactions directly between the customer and DANADA INC, operating as LittleJoy Makes.

Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from LittleJoy Makes and is not responsible for LittleJoy Makes' products, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, customer service, representations, or legal compliance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from transactions between you and LittleJoy Makes.

Section 11 – Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information concerning access to and use of the Services to operate and improve its platform and related services.

Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment and shipping partners, and other service providers, including providers located outside the country where you reside.

Section 12 – Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, proposals, or other content to LittleJoy Makes, you grant DANADA INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to DANADA INC.

You represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it;
  • The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • You have disclosed material compensation or incentives related to the content when required;
  • The content does not violate another person's rights or applicable law;
  • The content does not contain malware, deceptive information, unlawful material, or unauthorized personal information.

We may moderate, decline, edit, or remove content that reasonably appears unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, misleading, infringing, unrelated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

Section 13 – Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or technical errors concerning product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, processing times, delivery estimates, or availability.

We may correct errors and update information when reasonably necessary.

Subject to applicable law, we may cancel an affected order if a material error makes fulfillment impracticable or commercially unreasonable.

If we cancel an order after payment because of an error, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use or attempt to use the Services:

Where technically applicable, an Agent must accurately identify itself and must not conceal automated access, impersonate a human user, circumvent security measures, or collect data in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Services if we reasonably determine that these Terms or applicable law have been violated, or if activity creates a security, fraud, legal, or operational risk.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except where expressly stated or required by law, DANADA INC and LittleJoy Makes do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free, or that every product will satisfy subjective expectations not stated in the applicable product description.

These disclaimers do not apply to warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Section 18 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DANADA INC, LittleJoy Makes, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, or any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Section 19 – Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DANADA INC, LittleJoy Makes, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Your material violation of these Terms;
  • Your unlawful use of the Services;
  • Your infringement or violation of another party's rights;
  • Your fraud, misconduct, or unauthorized activity.

Section 20 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Section 21 – Waiver and Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms, together with the policies and rules incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and DANADA INC, operating LittleJoy Makes, regarding use of the Services.

Nothing in this section limits representations, obligations, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Section 22 – Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

DANADA INC may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Section 23 – Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and the Services are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in New York.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights or bringing claims in another forum where applicable consumer law requires or permits it.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not change the meaning or interpretation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business operations, policies, technology, or legal requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date.
